Scripts
Aaron is currently shopping three scripts:
The Western Song concerns a 34 year-old ex-gunslinger
who long ago fled the rogue Western Territories. But
he’s sucked back into his murderous old life after
learning of the death of his brother – a death that
occurred at the hands of a maniacal cattle baron. Set in
the 1850s Wyoming Territory, The Western Song speaks to
the elements of the classic Western film – revenge,
redemption, destruction of innocence, and the wrath of a
rigid moral order.
Edge City is Minority Report meets Blade Runner – a
thriller set in a decaying metropolis of the near
future. Law enforcement, criminals and politicians all
play second fiddle to the emerging power of technology
and state-sanctioned surveillance.
Atlantic City is the story of an ex-poker champion who
spends his days as an informant/enforcer for the AC mob.
In one fateful weekend, he learns that the Extreme
Fighting League championship match at the Convention
Center is fixed – and that his bosses are on the wrong
side of the fix. He has 48 hours to settle his old
scores and blow town with the cocktail waitress he’s
secretly loved for years.
He is also at work on a social satire titled Cultural
Philanthropy about a big-city political reporter who
moonlights as a public television host – though he’s
fully incompetent at both his day and his night jobs.
“News” and “opinions” never meant less than in Cultural
Philanthropy.
